My coaching philosophyI take up to two (2) clients at a time so I can tailor my coaching as much as possible to my clients needs, interests, and dreams.To use a metaphor for narrative coaching, I am in the passenger seat of my client’s car holding a map as they’re driving while I’m asking questions like, “where do you want to go next?” or “where would you love to go?”My goal as a coach is to be a mirror for my clients and hold space for their authentic selves without judgment. So they can see their own reflection, make sense of it, and then decide what to do.I strive to help my clients find confidence in their decisions, build trust in who they are, and believe in who they are becoming no matter their age, ethnicity, gender, location, or ability in every area in their life.Except for the discovery session, every session is driven by the client’s agenda and what they want to work on.Pricing

About Innermore Structures
Bryce Thompson, Founder
I have over 168 hours of training in narrative coaching and have had five successful coaching partnerships over my hours of training. I received my narrative coaching certification on Monday, October 26th 2024 through an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program in the Twin Cities area and am pursuing additional certifications.My academic background is in journalism, specifically strategic communication. I graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin-Cities in 2018 with my bachelor’s degree and then worked for a start-up branding agency the next 4.5 years building up a staff of 9 to 30.In 2022, in pursuit of being in integrity with my own values and owning up to the desires I have in my life, I left the branding agency to pursue a career in User Experience (UX) and coaching where I now make my living and practice daily.My values are: generative, collaborative, expression, and integrity
